Globetrotter from a very early age, travelling is a way of life for Danielle. A true citizen of the world, Danielle has travelled and lived in a variety of countries across all five continents. Her spirit of adventure and curiosity for the unknown has taken her up a live volcano in Guatemala, salsa dancing in Cuba, scuba diving the Great Barrier Reef and camping in the desert of Wadi Rum in Jordan. After 10 years spent vagabonding around the world, Danielle has finally made her home in the South of France although the travel bug is always present and seeking the hottest new destination is still her life passion, be it sleeping under the stars in the wilds of Botswana to visiting remote monasteries in Laos. When she isn’t jetting off on a new adventure, you can find her walking in the local mountains, skiing or curled up on the sofa with a good book - preferably travel romances! Passionate about responsible and ethical tourism she will always advise you of the best way to really experience a country, to give back to the local communities but with of course the luxury touch. Adventure during the day but a luxurious bed for the night is her travel motto.

His secret desire
A dream from a very early age has been to traverse the Himalayas in discovery of it's secret kingdoms, Nepal, Bhutan, Tibet and ending with Shangri La (China). Walking or biking slowly from village to village, visiting magnificent temples on route and spending time in tea houses soaking up the views. If my daughter could join me on this overland voyage, it would be even more special. And on arrival in Shangri La, I may just decide to keep going all the way through China from Yunnan to Hong Kong!
